Where we ship

We ship within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses) and to Canada.

Processing time

Every order is printed and packed in our workshop in Campbell, California. Orders typically ship the next business day.

Shipping within the United States

We ship with USPS. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the weight of your order, so you only pay actual postage. You can choose from:

USPS Ground Advantage: our most affordable option.
USPS Priority Mail: faster delivery.

Checkout shows the price for each option before you pay.

Shipping to Canada

Cost: a flat $18 USD per order, shown in Canadian dollars at checkout.
Method: USPS First-Class Package International, delivered by Canada Post.
Delivery time: usually 1 to 3 weeks after the order ships. Customs can occasionally add a few days.
Duties and taxes: prices and shipping don't include Canadian GST/HST or duties. Depending on the order value, Canada Post may collect GST/HST and a handling fee when your package is delivered.

Tracking

You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at hackracer.store@gmail.com and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
