Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, email us at hackracer.store@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll reply with the return address.

• Items should be unused and returned in their original condition.
• You're responsible for the cost of shipping your return back to us. We recommend a tracked service, because we can't refund a return that doesn't reach us.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method and email you to confirm. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take a few business days to appear.

Defective items and order mistakes

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item, please email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We handle these case by case and will make it right, whether that's a replacement or a refund.
